Services
Individual and Group mentoring:
- Mentoring for students and practitioners can be in-person, online (e.g. via Teams, Zoom etc), via phone, or via email.
- An information form will be filled out prior to the first appointment. The information form will be emailed directly.
- Mentoring services are to be paid in advance before the session. Prices include GST.
- Sessions are available as a “one-off” or on a regular basis.
- Depending on the requirements, session lengths can be:
- 1-14 minutes (e.g. quick clinical question/assessment question)
- 15-30 minutes
- 30-60 minutes
- 60-120 minutes
- >120 minutes
- also available: half day, full day, weekend sessions.
- Sessions are charged for the session block, for example, a session of 20 minutes will be charged as a 15-30 minute block not as a percentage of the block. Sessions can be booked in advance and be used as “credits” when used.
- There may be extra charges for in-person mentoring depending on the location, e.g. interstate travel, accommodation.
- Time will be charged for preparation, responding to emails etc. The amount charged will depend on the type of inquiry or question/s and any research required for the response.
- There may be additional costs for reading reports, emails, preparing reports, etc.
- Depending on the requirements, session lengths can be:
- Discounts may apply to current or previous students. Discounts may also be offered from time to time. A code will be provided for the discount and the code will have a limited time for use (as noted at the time of receiving the code).
- Packages are available. The package and discount will be discussed at the time of organising the package. Packages can be cancelled at any time in writing. A cancellation fee will be charged and any left over “credits” will be refunded.
- Group mentoring is available in-person, online (e.g. via Teams, Zoom), via phone, or via group email. The price will be negotiated depending on the location and the number of people there are in the group. Individual mentoring is recommended for those people planning their career as it is more specific and personalised for the needs of the person and their career.
- Fees are charged for cancelled appointments. A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment (in-person, online).
Corporate work:
- Corporate rates are negotiable depending on the project. The rate can be charged by the hour, half day, full day, or as an ongoing basis. Contact for more information.
Code of conduct for unregistered health practitioners and health organisations

- When you make a purchase, you authorise us to charge the credit card or debit card you provide on a one-time, package, or monthly basis, depending on which payment plan you elect.
- Unless otherwise stated, any amount specified in any goods, services, or on the website includes any Goods and Services Tax (GST) payable in respect of supply of goods and services.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following: fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders, incorrect pricing or non-payment.
