Very excited that my new journal article has been published (The Clinical Utility of Minerals: A snapshot. Part 2). Optimum nutrition is the foundation for optimum health. Minerals play a fundamental role in optimising health and managing chronic disease.
6 years ago I had the honour and privilege of presenting at an International conference in Barcelona on one of my specialty topics - cardiometabolic health. I had so much fun presenting to an international audience and being able to discuss the important topic of cardiometabolic health and cardiovascular disease. When presenting, I could hear the translations into all the different languages. Of course I talked about the fantastic health benefits of chocolate and red wine, which led to cheers and many questions from conference attendees. There were around 500 attendees from approximately 50 countries.
I was up after 4 AM to observe the rare alignment of the planets (Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, and Mercury). Was amazing. Took photos and will be looking over them later. Hopefully have some good ones. Here’s the sunrise afterwards. I love how the sun looks like it’s dripping onto the horizon
Meditation at the beach at night. As you know, I am a big fan of meditation and taking a time out. Tonight I went for a walk at the beach after a long day and took time out to meditate. Enjoy the day ahead
